no update for a while now..

what can i say? for the last 3 days I’ve been living of Yogurt and Cup-a-soup.

Even though I updates my weight loss tracker to 70.0kg on Friday, i did pick up over the weekend, as always… so by monday morning i was on 71.2kg! This morning my scale showed 69.2kg! If i can rech 68.5kg this week, I’ll be happy!!

I’ve resigned my job, right, and the end is coming near now. tomorrow is my last day, then on friday I’m starting the new job!

The company I’m leaving couldn’t find a replacement for me, so in desperation, they hired a lady, she must be close to 85, that claims, she worked on Pastel 42 years ago, on a PC, that didn’t require a mouse… and I now have until tomorrow afternoon 16h00 to teach her Pastel…

day next…

I weighed in at 70.6 this morning :) :) :) down 0.5 kg!

Plan for today:

Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt

Lunch: 1 cup yogurt

1 cup Cup-a-soup

Dinner: 100g steak

1 baked potato

100g Cucmber

Exercise: 30min Mini Stepper

day 1… again…

so, for the last 3 weeks i’ve been taking it REAAAAAL slow… picked up 3 or 4 kg and am back at 72.0! well, actually at 71.1 kg as of this morning!

so, here’s the plan:

Breakfast: 8 oz Low fat Yoghurt

Lunch: 1 piece of chicken, 1 tbsp Rice, a cup of broth, 100g Cucumber

Dinner: 8 oz Yoghurt

Exercise: 

1 min Push Up

1 min Sit up

1 min Crunches

1 min Squats

1 min Jumping Jacks

Repeat 3 times, then 45 min Mini Stepper.

Update: i ate, as planned, but had to be at my new job after work for training, so the exercise part didn’t quite work out. I got 15 min of mini stepper in. am trying to do more tomorrow, though…

we went out last night for a friends’ fare well party. dressing and getting ready was already a problem. i picked up 3.5 kg during the last 2 weeks & hate myself every second because of that! my BF had to endure me ripping out every item of clothing that i had in my closet to find something appropriate to wear. Then came the “I look like a fucking fat HIPPO”. then i found something.

Because of my stomach condition, I cannot drink, which is no problem for me. I stopped drinking in any case some time ago. and clubs annoy me. I’m happy being at home, in a comfort zone that i can actually hear myself think! 

Anyway, there was this happy crowd there. really cool, actually. i guess, they were all in their last year of school. 2 of the girls were twin. PERFECT!!! straight jet black hair, happy faces, flat tummys, tiny arms, a gap… oh, the gap…. and thee beautifully long legs. jealousy came over me…

therefore i have today started with my 500cal per day meal plan. no more than 500 cal per day, 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week, 8 hours sleep per night and at least 2 ltrs water per day!

the 1 hour of exercise will be:

  • 1 min Push Up
  • 1 min Sit up
  • 1 min Crunches
  • 1 min Squats
  • 1 min Jumping Jacks

Repeat 3 times, then 45 min Mini Stepper.

I’m tired of being fat!

WOW!!!

…i picked up 3.4 kg during these last 2 weeks… 

finishing my meds tonight, then as of tomorrow i’m on a strict 500cal per day eating plan. have it all worked out so far. let’s hope it works.

i need to lose this weight…

some days i feel like nothing can harm me. Invincible. unbeatable. 

then there are days like today.

days where i wish i was adopted into a family that cares for me. a mother that would actually phone me every once in a while to ask me how i’m doing, or when she knows i’m sick would actually phone, just because she cares.

days, where i wish my mother would have been more attentive to what i stuffed into my fucking mouth.

days, where i wish i wasn’t this FAT.

days, where i hate my past and what i’ve become. not to forget that i have no proper future here and will most probably struggle with money forever!
